Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Crystal Queer Jewelry piece.

Because much of our jewelry is made to order, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at info@crystalqueerjewelry.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, the appropriate return address, and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send jewelry back without contacting us first.

Engraved, Personalized and Custom Jewelry

Yes, these pieces are returnable too.

Jewelry that has been engraved, personalized, customized, or made to order is still eligible for return under our standard return policy.

We believe you should feel confident ordering something personal, even when it has been created specifically for you.

Condition of Returns

Returned jewelry must be in reasonable condition and include its original packaging where possible.

Normal handling or trying on your jewelry is completely fine. We may be unable to accept a return if an item has been significantly damaged, altered after delivery, or subjected to unusual wear.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@crystalqueerjewelry.com and include your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Free Return Shipping

If you decide your purchase simply isn’t right for you, Crystal Queer Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid, tracked return shipping label and return instructions.

Please use the return method we provide so your jewelry can be properly tracked and insured while it is in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
